Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Kazicore. By signing in you agree to them. If you use Kazicore for an agency, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

The service

Kazicore is software for running an agency: leads, quotes, budgets, projects, crew, approvals, invoices and reports. Clients and freelancers may be given limited access by the agency they work with.

Accounts

• Each agency has admins who invite people and choose their roles.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

Your data

Your agency owns the data it puts into Kazicore. You let us store and process it only to provide the service. You can export your records at any time. How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Fair use

Do not:

• break the law or anyone else's rights using Kazicore;
• try to reach data or accounts you have not been given access to;
• upload anything harmful, such as malware;
• overload, disrupt or copy the service.

Fees

Fees, if any, are set out in your agreement with us. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these terms, the agreement wins.

Other services

Some features connect to services run by others, such as social media accounts. Their own terms apply and we are not responsible for them.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Kazicore running and improve it over time, which means features may change. We may need to pause the service for maintenance or security.

Ending your use

You can stop using Kazicore at any time. We may suspend or close access if these terms are broken or fees are unpaid. Before an agency's account is closed we will give it a chance to export its data, unless the law or a serious breach prevents it.

Liability

Kazicore is provided as it is. You are responsible for checking the documents you send, such as quotes and invoices, and for your own tax and legal obligations. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell agency admins about important changes. Continuing to use Kazicore means you accept the new terms.
