This policy explains what information Kazicore collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to our website and to the Kazicore app, including the client portal and the freelancer app.

Who this is for

Kazicore is used by agencies to run their work. The agency that invited you decides what is stored about its projects, clients and people. For that information the agency is in charge and we handle it on its behalf. For your account details and how you use the app, we are responsible.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, role and sign-in records.
• Work data your agency adds: clients, contacts, quotes, budgets, tasks, bookings, invoices, payments, receipts and messages.
• Freelancer details, when an agency adds them: contact details, rates and the payment details needed to pay you. Payment details are stored encrypted.
• Technical data: device and browser type, pages visited and error reports, used to keep the app working.

How we use it

• To run the app and show each person what their role allows.
• To send the emails and notifications the app needs, such as invites, invoices and reminders.
• To keep the app secure, fix problems and improve it.
• To reply when you contact us.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as your theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers for sign-in, hosting and storage, sending email, background processing and error monitoring. If your agency connects social media accounts, posts are sent to the publishing service it chose. These providers only use the information to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How we protect it

Information is encrypted in transit. Each agency's data is kept separate from every other agency's, and within an agency people only see what their role allows. Costs and margins are hidden from clients and freelancers.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as the agency uses Kazicore. Financial records such as invoices and payments may need to be kept longer for legal and accounting reasons. When an agency leaves, we delete or return its data within a reasonable time unless we must keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used. If your information was added by an agency, we may pass your request to them. Email us at support@fledgemediaservices.com.

Children

Kazicore is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell agency admins about important changes.
